The cold and flu virus is on it’s way back and one thing I cannot stand is getting sick.
Any other issues, problems whatever, can come my way and I will take care of it, but getting sick just sets you back so much more.

Chills, lethargy, fever, runny nose, cough, and congestion all contribute to a very annoying expereince hat results in aches and pains that can persist for days.

Most of us seek relief from cough medicines, sprays, and medicines such as Paracetamol and Pain relievers, as well as the many additional sorts on the market.
However, getting plenty of rest and being hydrated seems to be the smartest idea that you should be doing for your health.
BUT you can also try this natural cold and flu remedy! This has helped me feel much better Try this at home rather than taking a bunch of pills or suffering from the discomfort.
Natural cold and flu remedy!
1 small piece of ginger
2 tablespoonsGinger powder
1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
1 cup Raw organic honey
Slice the lemons and orange up thinly and toss them in a bowl.
Add approximately 2 tablespoons of freshly ground ginger. For an extra punch you can grate the piece of ginger as well
Add one tablespoon of turmeric powder and the cup of raw organic honey.
Mix it well and transfer it to a lidded storage jar.
Make sure it sits for a while, while the ingredients transform inot a syrupy type of mixture.
Add one spoonfull in a mug, fill with hot water and enjoy!
